Description

Burning Sky’s ‘DNA’ beer – Saison Provision – is fermented with BS’s house mixed fermentation culture of saison yeast and a blend of Lactobacillus and Brettonamyces.  Aged in oak foudres, the resulting beer is tart, crisp, slightly sour and incredibly refreshing.

Can't recommend the Wee Beer Shop enough, cracking selection of beers (if you haven't already done so then pick up some... beers from Overtone and Vault City, both brewing incredibly exciting beers) and the Glasgow postcode delivery option is first class (door to door next day delivery with a smile!) I've been using the Wee beer shop since it opened and it's my favourite shop. Don't be fooled by it's name. It has a... crackin selection and gets new beers in every week including many new releases. It has one of the best websites I've used for ordering beer. I frequently use the click and collect and orders are always ready very quickly. I also recently used the delivery and received my order the next day. Niall provides a great service, giving the personal touch remembering his customers and is always available for help or advice. He has adapted during current times to safely supply us with great beer. if you haven't had a chance to visit I highly recommend you do. You won't be disappointed.read more
