Strong sour Berliner Weisse conditioned on Perigord Black Truffles.
One of two 2018 expressions of Chorlton’s annual Märzen Weisse release. Bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces isolated from a 1972 bottle of Hoschule Berliner Weisse. The subtle addition of Perigord black truffle makes this an earthy and unusual sour beer.
