Description
Crimson Corsair is an Imperial Red Ale which has been aged in a Pedro Ximénez sherry barrel for 14 months. Lightly ruby and effervescent, the sherry notes really come through.
Drygate say “Oaky vanilla, sultana, stewed citrus peel. Chewy toffee, spiced orange and hints of raisin. A light, warming finish with cream sherry character.”
