This strong Belgian-style dark beers opens with delicate sweet cherry notes and the presence of honey. They rapidly disappear and give way to more strong flavours such as cacao and roasted malt. Candied fruit notes sweeten and balance the beer and the finish brings notes of figgy/fruity chocolate.
A complex beers fitting of the tradition of Trappist beers like Westvleteren and Rochefort.
