Brewed in collaboration with Varvar Brew, based in Kiev, Ukraine.

This blended golden sour beer was brewed with Scottish barley, wheat and oats and fermented with Holy Goat’s Brettanomyces strain and mixed culture which produces citrus, stone fruit and a growing funk. They refermented this base beer with raw buckwheat honey which lends a subtle earthy honeyed, jasmine flavour to the beer.

Holy Goat will donate profits from this beer to the humanitarian effort in Ukraine. Wee Beer Shop will match this gesture and donate our profits to DEC’s Ukraine relief fund.
