A beautifully balanced Imperial Scotch Ale fermented with raisins, dates, refiners syrup, molasses and a funky farmhouse yeast. Finished off in a blend of Speyside whisky and bourbons barrels for almost a year!

Basically, it’s blooming tremendous and you should buy lots of it. The beer drinks like a lovely dry Oloroso Sherry with sweet malty notes from the 9 different grains we used. Fermented with raisins, dates, refiners sugar and molasses. Finally finished in a blend of Speyside Whisky and Bourbon barrels with some funky farmhouse yeast for just under a year. Fully vegan and to be enjoyed with pals (distanced) or on your own with a lovely cheese sandwich*.”
