Wild’s first brew of a Belgian inspired Witbier is spiced with copious amounts of orange zest and chamomile.
Wild say “We love using orange zest in our beers and we’ve added absolutely loads into Whitewood to make it zing with a beautiful orange zestiness. The low pressure during fermentation in Foudre really allows for the classic wheat yeast character to shine through. The house mixed cultures in our foudre have created a dry and effervescent beer. We have used chamomile and noble hops to compliment the fruity esters from the yeast and to help recreate that classic Witbier style.”
